Author Guidelines

  1. As one of the stages of the submission process, the authors must check that their material meets all the following points, the materials can be returned to the authors if they do not meet these requirements.
  2. This material has not been previously published, nor has it been submitted for review and publication in another journal (or an explanation of this is given in the Comments for the editor).
  3. The file with the material is presented in the format of a Microsoft Word document. The full Internet addresses (URLs) for links are provided where possible.
  4. The text is typed with a single line spacing; a font size of 14 points is used; italics are used for highlighting, not underscores (except for URLs); all illustrations, graphs and tables are located in the appropriate places in the text, and not at the end of the document. The article is designed according to the template.
  5. The text meets the stylistic and bibliographic requirements described in the Authors ' Guide, which can be found on the "About the Journal"page.

1. Information for authors

The publication of materials in the journal is carried out using the online submission and review system. Registration or authorization is available in the "Sending materials" section.

The article is provided in electronic format (in formats .doc,. docx,) only by downloading it through the functionality of the journal's website.

 

The order of submission and requirements for the design of the article 

Previously unpublished material by the author (s) corresponding to the profile of the journal in Russian, Kazakh or English is accepted for publication.

All articles are subject to mandatory peer review( expert evaluation), literary and technical editing. Additional selection of reviewers, ensuring objective and timely review is carried out by the Editorial Board. The editorial board of the journal determines the compliance of the article with the profile of the Journal, the requirements for registration and sends it for review to a specialist (independent expert). All reviewers are recognized experts on the subject of peer-reviewed materials and have published on the subject of the reviewed article within the last three years. The review is conducted confidentially.

The most important criteria for evaluating an article are: the relevance of the chosen topic and the problem posed; the novelty of the presented material, the author's personal contribution to the problem under study; the correctness of the terminological apparatus, citation, reliability of facts; the use of modern sources and scientific methods; the theoretical or applied significance of the research; the validity of scientific conclusions; logical, accessible presentation; compliance with the requirements for the design of articles. If the article does not meet the requirements, the editorial board has the right to reject it.

Mandatory requirements for registration:

  • The IRSTI, UDC index is placed in the upper-left corner. (Times New Roman 14 size)
  • One single interval below the authors ' surnames and initials in bold. Detailed names of organizations, cities, countries where the work was performed, e-mail and ORCID ID of all authors. Specify footnotes to the place of work of the authors.
  • Below, in one interval, the full title of the article is in bold.
  • Below, a brief (150-250 words) abstract (abstract) at one interval. Abstract should outline the general orientation of the article and formulate its main results and be self-sufficient, it should not contain references to literary sources or to any sections and elements of the article to which it relates.

Then repeat paragraphs 2-4 in English and Kazakh (if the article itself is in Russian)

After a single interval, the text of the article in one column on the page. The text of the article is typed in a straight font Times New Roman, size 14. The line spacing is single. All fields are 2 cm long. The article should be divided into sections: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, Information on funding (if available)).

  • At the end, a "List of References" is given. Literary references in the text are in square brackets [1].

* Abbreviations of words, names and names are not allowed, except for accepted abbreviations of units of measurement, physical, chemical, technical and mathematical quantities.

* Formula expressions (must be typed in the Microsoft equation, MathType formula editor), illustrations, tables should be numbered in accordance with the sequence of their mention in the text.

* Tables should have names and numbering (in Arabic numerals). Include explanations and notes if necessary.

  • The list of references is drawn up twice: according to the above GOST. The list should fully correspond to the main text of the article, contain all the works mentioned (and only mentioned) in it. Next, the same list of references should be presented in the generally accepted English transliteration (see the sample of the literature design below).
  • It is necessary to provide information about the authors on a separate page, including the authors ' full name, place of work, position, academic degree, title, office address, contact phone numbers and email address.

When writing an article, it is necessary to conduct a detailed analysis of the relevance of the topic, i.e. the literature should contain at least 20 scientific papers, of which 50% are foreign articles for the last five years (preferably).

The literature at the end of the article is issued 2 TIMES:

  • According to GOST (KKSON requirements)
  • According to the design below (Scopus requirements)

 

References

Slash characters, dashes, etc. are NOT used here. The full name of the last author is NECESSARILY separated from the penultimate by the word “and”, all structural elements are separated from each other by a comma. The name of the journal can be abbreviated by generally accepted and well-known abbreviations. The name of the journal article is not given, it is desirable to find the DOI of the article. The title of the book MUST be written (in italics). The name of the conferences is also abbreviated (italics). We look at the sample design below.

  5. The text meets the stylistic and bibliographic requirements described in the Authors ' Guide located on the "About the Journal" page.

  6. If you submit an article to the peer-reviewed section of the journal, the requirements of the document Ensuring blind review are met.
