Известно, в процессе твердения бетона происходит процесс гидратации цемента. В результате этого процесса цемент затворяется водой, из-за чего выделяется энергия. В таком случае температура и влажность являются основными характеристиками для контроля прочности бетона. Степень зрелости зависит от изменяющихся условий твердения, путем измерения и регистрации внутренней температуры бетона с помощью специальных датчиков и регистров, встроенных в момент укладки бетона. Сегодня данный подход широко используется во всем мире. Однако существуют и другие методы расчетов, регламентированные в стандартах других стран. Данная статья посвящена анализу существующих методов температурно-прочностного контроля бетона. В статье приведен перечень нормативной документации, регламентирующий данные требования, обсуждаются особенности, преимущества и недостатки. Также авторы обосновывают необходимость формирования унифицированного подхода к температурно-прочностному контролю бетона.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The maturity method is an approach to concrete quality control that predicts the in-situ strength based on internal temperature. It is known that the cement hydration process takes place during the hardening of concrete. This process causes the cement to become waterlogged, due to which energy is released. Temperature and moisture are then the main characteristics to control the strength of concrete. The degree of maturity depends on the changing curing conditions by measuring and recording the internal temperature of the concrete using special sensors and registers embedded in the concrete at the time of placement. This approach is now widely used all over the world. There are, however, other methods of calculation regulated in the standards of other countries. The following article is devoted to the analysis of existing methods of temperature and strength control of concrete. A list of normative documents regulating these requirements is given in the article, the features, advantages and disadvantages are discussed.
