Обоснована целесообразность идентификации персональных ценностей работников для формирования мотивационных процессов в системе менеджмента качества предприятия.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper describes a model for managing the employee motivation within the quality management system of an organization in the context of human resource management frameworks that consider the organization’s employees as both the resource and inner consumer.
