Количественная оценка деформации грунтов, связанных с морозным пучением и оттаиванием грунта является сложной задачей для геотехнических инженеров. Изменение температурного режима влияет на физико-механические свойства грунтов. В этой статье представлены зависимости осадка фундаментов от нагрузки с помощью Plaxis 2D. Результаты моделей напряженно-деформированного состояния основания сравнивались в зимний и летний периоды. Изменения осадка свайных фундаментов в сезоннопромерзающих грунтах незначительны и не влияют на несущую способность. Целью данной работы является сравнение результатов расчета вертикального осадка свайного фундамента методом конечных элементов в программном обеспечении Plaxis 2D. Численный анализ был проведен с использованием метода конечных элементов (FEM) в геотехнической программе Plaxis 2, которая показывает изменение заселения зданий в сезонно-мерзлых грунтах. Дизайн в программе соответствует реальным данным объекта.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Issues of freezing soil, frost heaving are difficult complex processes. Quantifying soil deformations associated with frost heaving and thawing is a challenge for geotechnical engineers. Changes in temperature affect influence of physical and mechanical properties of soils. This paper presents the dependencies of foundation settling on load using Plaxis 2D. The results of the models of the stress-strain state of the base were compared in the winter and summer periods. Changes in the settlement of pile foundations in seasonally freezing soils are insignificant and do not affect the bearing capacity. The purpose of this work is to compare the results of the calculation of the vertical settlement of a pile foundation by the finite element method of Plaxis 2D. A numerical analysis was carried out using the Finite Element Method (FEM) in the geotechnical program Plaxis 2D, which shows of change settlement of buildings in the seasonally freezing soil.
