Приведены основные проблемы, которые присвоены компаниям, не имеющим автоматизированной системы принятия решения. Сделан сравнительный анализ нескольких популярных HR-решений для автоматизации управ- ления персоналом, выявлены их достоинства и недостатки.Поставлена задача разработки модели системы принятия управленческих решений, на базе современных технологий как Vert.x, которая позволит отрабатывать запросы в неблокирующем режиме для проектирования интерфейса – Angular, для реализации клиент-серверной архитектуры стандарт ReST.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article discusses aspects of automation of the management decision-making system on personnel issues in modern enterprises. The main problems that are assigned to companies numbing an automated decision-making system are given.
