Приводится методика расчета для низкоорбитальных спутников связи, расчет основан на Рекомендациях МСЭ по учету затухания в свободном пространстве, дожде и атмосфере. Описывается построение и интерфейс программы, отмечаются преимущества создаваемого программно-математического продукта, такие как возможность расчета для низкоорбитальных и геостационарных бортовых ретрансляторов, удобный интерфейс, возможность выводить результаты в виде графика. Программа учитывает влияние как внешних факторов, так и внутренние характеристики приемника, антенны, антенно-фидерного тракта. Программа может использоваться в учебном процессе студентами, обучающимися по радиотехническим направлениям.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article discusses the issue of developing a program in the MATLAB-GUI environment for calculating the energy parameters of a satellite communication line. A calculation procedure for low-orbit communications satellites is given, the calculation is based on ITU Recommendations for accounting for attenuation in free space, rain and atmosphere. It describes the construction of the program and the interface of the program, notes the advantages of the software-mathematical product being created, such as the possibility of calculation for low-orbit and geostationary transponders, a user-friendly interface, the ability to display the results in a graph. The program takes into account the influence of both external factors and the internal characteristics of the receiver, antenna, antenna-feeder path.
